Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical leadership across multiple website development projects
* Guide scalable architecture for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
* Lead planning, estimation, and technical oversight of complex initiatives
* Identify risks and innovation opportunities
* Define and maintain development standards for the team
* Define and maintain code quality best practices for the team
* Contribute to software and project documentation
* Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to align component design with business and UX goals
* Build and maintain reusable AEM components
* Support testing strategies
* Participate in code reviews
* Participate in roadmap planning
* Mentor engineers at all levels
* Foster growth and knowledge sharing among engineers
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
* 12+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years of AEM Experience
* Experience designing and developing component-based architectures and CMS-driven websites
* Experience with DevOps pipelines, Apache Maven, Git-based workflows, and agile delivery practices
Skills and Qualifications:
* Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager, Java 11+, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end web development
* Proven hands-on AEM experience, including component development, editable templates, core component extension, OSGi, JCR, and dispatcher configuration
* Familiar with AEM 6.5, AEM as a Cloud Service, Adobe Cloud Manager, Adobe Admin Console, and martech tools like Adobe Target, Analytics, and Launch
* Strong understanding of multi-tenant AEM environments and large-scale CMS deployments
* Skilled in GitLab CI/CD pipelines and enterprise-grade content delivery, caching, and storage using JCR, GraphQL, REST APIs, and CDNs
