Responsibilities:

As a Primary Therapist, you will play a vital role in guiding individuals through their recovery journey. You'll provide evidence-based, person-centered care, working within a multidisciplinary team to support those facing substance use disorders, dual diagnoses, and co-occurring mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
* Collaborate with peer support specialists, medical providers, and families to ensure holistic care.
* Facilitate family support sessions to strengthen recovery outcomes.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
* Stay up to date on best practices in addiction treatment and mental health care.

Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent licensure preferred).
* Experience in substance use disorder treatment and/or mental health counseling.
* Passion for person-centered, trauma-informed, and multi-pathway approaches to recovery.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
