Responsibilities:
As our Primary Care Physician, you will help individuals and families get high-value, top quality, accessible care so they can live healthier lives and thrive in their communities.
Every day you will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population. You will be expected to diagnose and treat acute conditions, manage chronic diseases, perform wellness exams, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver whole-person care.

* Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population.
* Diagnose and treat acute conditions, including illnesses and minor injuries (e.g., flu, strep throat).
* Perform annual physicals, wellness exams, and preventive health screenings.
* Administer immunizations and promote preventive care strategies.
* Manage and treat chronic conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, and cardiovascular disease.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
Qualifications:
Required
* Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
* Successful completion of an accredited residency or fellowship program aligned with the area of specialty
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in the appropriate specialty (as recognized by the hospital)
* Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Colorado (or eligibility to obtain)
* Ability to obtain and maintain an unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
* Eligibility to obtain Medical Staff privileges within the health system at the sponsoring institution
