Our clinic in Santa Paula, CA, is a charming city within Ventura County known as the "Citrus Capital of the World." Nestled in the fertile Santa Clara River Valley, Santa Paula is rich in history, agriculture, and small-town character, making it an inviting and unique community within the region. The county also includes the cities of Camarillo, Fillmore, Moorpark, Ojai, Oxnard, Port Hueneme, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, and San Buenaventura. Responsibilities: Family Medicine Opportunity in Santa Paula, CA. As our Family Medicine Physician, you will join an established and respected practice at Dignity Health Medical Group - Ventura County, contributing significantly to our mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care throughout the Santa Paula community. You will provide comprehensive, expert clinical care to patients of all ages, fostering lasting relationships within our diverse community. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage in mentorship or educational initiatives, guiding future healthcare professionals and advancing the field of Family Medicine. To be successful in this role, you will be a BC/BE Family Medicine physician with a dedication to delivering patient-centered care, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to serving a diverse population within a collaborative and supportive environment. We are offering a competitive compensation package, including an annual salary range of $280,000 - $300,000 plus productivity incentives. This exceptional offer is complemented by a sign-on bonus up to $125k and relocation assistance up to $20k. You'll also benefit from flexible scheduling options with light, shared call responsibilities. New hires meeting eligibility requirements may qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), student loan repayment up to $100k, and a resident stipend up to $24k, alongside robust CME opportunities and a full suite of health benefits including 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and malpractice insurance, plus a 401(k) with matching and a pension plan. Qualifications: Required * Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution * Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine * Active or eligible license in the state of California * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
