Responsibilities:
As our Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine), you will join Dignity Health Medical Group-Sierra Nevada in Grass Valley, CA. Imagine a picturesque Northern California mountain setting, just an hour from Lake Tahoe and 40 minutes from a major metropolitan area, all without the traffic. Here, you'll practice within a group of like-minded physicians, deeply dedicated to their community and fueled by a growing patient demand, a commitment to excellent patient care, and prioritized provider work/life balance.
You will provide outstanding primary care to adult patients, with a particular focus on those with complex medical needs. You'll leverage a robust referral network for seamless specialist access and partner with highly trained, competent, and caring support staff in a practice where teamwork and genuine appreciation for healthcare providers are paramount. Your employment will be through our medical foundation, aligning you with Dignity Health's high standards of care within a physician-led, professionally managed practice.
To be successful in this role, you will be a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician with strong clinical acumen in adult primary care, including managing medically complex cases. You will possess a collaborative spirit, a patient-centered approach, and a desire to contribute positively to both your practice and the wider community.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver comprehensive, high-quality primary care to adult patients, with an emphasis on managing chronic conditions and complex medical cases.
* Effectively utilize and coordinate care within a strong local referral system to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of support staff to maintain efficient clinic operations and a positive patient experience.
* Actively contribute to a physician-led practice environment, upholding standards of excellence and fostering a culture of teamwork and community appreciation.
We are offering the following incentives to eligible new hires:
* Competitive Salary Guarantee: $275,000 - $300,000 / Year
* Uncapped Productivity Incentive
* Up to $20,000 Relocation Incentive
* Up to $15,000/year Quality Incentive
* PLUS a significant Signing Incentive, choose between:
* Up to $125,000 Sign-On Bonus
* OR Up to $85,000 Sign-On Bonus AND up to $100,000 Student Loan Repayment

Qualifications:
Required:
* Active or eligible for a medical license in the state of California
* Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
* Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
