Dignity Health- Yavapai Regional Medical Group is seeking a full-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our established and growing employed practice in Prescott Valley, AZ.

Responsibilities:
* Patient population - 18+; Geriatric
* Work shift: 4 x 10-hour days
* Provider will have 4 hours of administrative time per week
* Daily patient volume: 22-24 patients per day
* EMR: Cerner
* Procedures - Suturing, cyst removal, wound care, EKG's,etc. Will vary by experience.
* Call: On call up to 4 times per month and the days of the week vary, including weekend call. Weekends are 24 hr call and weekdays are 5-8am on-call
* No Shift call- just after hours on-call
* This is a panel position and provider will be expected to see new patients, acute visits, annual wellness, ER follow ups, etc.
Qualifications:
Minimum
* Graduate of an accredited program with a Master's degree in Nursing
* Compact state or Arizona RN license
* Arizona Advanced Practice Nurse license or elgibilty to obtain
* National Certificate as an nurse practitioner in area of specialty under AZ regulations
* Valid DEA registration
* American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider
Preferred
* PREFERRED: American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
