Pricing Analyst 

Location: Home Based

Salary: Up to  59,000 depending on experience

We're looking for an analytical thinker with strong financial understanding and a flair for problem‑solving to support our bidding, commercial decisions, and ongoing contract performance.

Responsibilities:

As a Pricing Analyst, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping successful bids, renewals, and commercial strategies. Working closely with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Finance, you'll ensure our pricing is both competitive and commercially sound.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys diving deep into data, building robust pricing models, and influencing business decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

Bidding & Pricing

* Maintain and update standard pricing templates and cost models.
* Review cost build‑ups, ensuring accuracy and compliance with wage and legislative changes.
* Prepare quotations for additional services, contract extensions, and growth opportunities.

Tender Support

* Build complex pricing models for new business, tenders, and retenders.
* Analyse tender documentation to identify risk, opportunity, and margin considerations.
* Review TUPE data, productivity assumptions, and supply chain quotations.
* Produce financial submission templates, summaries, and visuals for internal sign‑off.
* Create mobilisation packs for successful bids.

Commercial & Financial Insight

* Analyse post‑go‑live performance and identify variances or improvements.
* Support retender pricing, summarising risks and commercial opportunities.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

* Work with Sales, Account Management, Operations, Procurement, and Finance.
* Challenge assumptions to protect commercial accuracy and profitability.

Qualifications:

Qualifications & Experience

* AAT qualified (minimum) or equivalent experience.
* Experience in a fast‑paced commercial environment (FM experience desirable).
* Strong understanding of finance, pricing, and cost modelling.
* Knowledge of TUPE principles.
* Advanced Excel skills essential.
