Overview: Pressure Equipment Compliance Inspector (Trainee) - Des Moines, IA Salary: $70,000-$80,000 + Full Benefits + Company Vehicle Training provided to earn State Certificate of Competency & National Board "A" Endorsement We're seeking a Pressure Equipment Compliance Inspector to support customers throughout Des Moines and the greater Central Iowa region. This is a full‑time, permanent position offering excellent benefits, paid time off, and a company‑provided vehicle. Candidates with experience in boilers, pressure vessels, welding, NDT/NDI, or Navy nuclear operations are strongly encouraged to apply. What You'll Do You'll perform field‑based inspections that ensure safety, reliability, and code compliance of pressure equipment during fabrication, erection, and repair. Your work directly supports Iowa's growing industrial, agricultural processing, and manufacturing sectors-helping keep facilities safe and operations running smoothly.
