Overview: Flex-N-Gate is a leading manufacturer and supplier of components for the automotive industry, recently ranked 10th of the 150 Top North American Suppliers in "Automotive News." A growing and vital company, Flex-N-Gate provides a great opportunity for hard-working and skilled individuals. Responsibilities: Setting up and running stamping dies in transfer and progressive presses. Review current settings and suggest/implement changes to improve the process. Record all production and scrap produced during the shift to management. Monitors press/dies and reports any abnormalities to management to have corrected. Inspect all incoming material prior to running to validate it is correct. Periodically inspects parts to ensure good quality parts are being produced. Follow all safety guidelines in line with provided training. Maintain a clean organized work area. Additional duties as assigned in line with normal production settings. Qualifications: Previous experience in stamping manufacturing required. Ability to read, write and speak English effectively Basic math skills required. Previous overhead crane experience is helpful, but not required.
