At SoftwareOne, we empower organizations to safeguard their digital environments. As a Presales Solution Architect - Security, you'll work closely with clients and internal teams to design and present security solutions that address complex challenges.

This role focuses on supporting the sales process by providing technical expertise and designing security solutions. You will engage with customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored proposals that align with best practices and business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Pre-Sales Engagement: Partner with Security Sales Specialists to understand customer needs and translate business challenges into technical solutions using Microsoft Security technologies.
* Solution Design: Create architectural designs, solution roadmaps, and documentation that align Microsoft's security capabilities to customer security priorities.
* Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and propose security solutions.
* Design and present technical architectures for cybersecurity offerings.
* Conduct workshops and demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities.
* Support RFP responses and create detailed solution documentation.
* Stay updated on Microsoft security portfolio and industry trends.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients on security best practices.

Qualifications:

* Extensive experience in a technical pre-sales or solution architect role, with a focus on security and cloud technologies.
* Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and Microsoft security solutions.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
* Passion for technology and innovation.
* Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
