SoftwareOne is a global leader in cloud and software services. We're hiring a Presales-Azure in Shanghai to build strong client relationships and drive business growth through innovative technology solutions.
In this role, you'll drive growth by championing SoftwareOne's cutting-edge Solutions & Services in Azure. You'll take a proactive approach to landing new opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and shaping the customer journey across both current and new accounts.
Key responsibilities:
* Architect, design, and implement complex IT solutions, including Hybrid Cloud projects.
* Provide expert guidance to customers, ensuring solution architecture aligns with business strategy and objectives.
* Hands-on experience with Azure (IaaS, networking, storage, PaaS) and ideally AWS and Alibaba Cloud.
* Develop detailed solution roadmaps, architecture specifications, and project plans mapping business requirements to technologies.
* Advise on best practices for leveraging IT to drive business enablement and competitive advantage.
* Select appropriate infrastructure and technology platforms based on deep technical knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications:
* Industry certifications in Future Data Center and cloud architecture (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional).
* Proven experience designing and implementing Hybrid Cloud solutions, including private/hybrid cloud environments and core infrastructure (storage, servers, networking).
* Hands-on expertise in Azure (IaaS, networking, storage, PaaS) and practical experience with AWS and Alibaba Cloud.
* Skilled in cloud migration projects, including assessment of on-prem environments, VM/physical machine migration, and landing zone implementation.
* Ability to define backup and high-availability strategies for cloud transitions; database optimization skills are a plus.
* Strong capability in creating architecture specifications and solution roadmaps aligned with business requirements.
