solutions that drive business outcomes? 
SoftwareOne is a global leader in cloud and software services. We're hiring a Presales AI 
professional to design and position generative AI solutions, supporting sales teams and 
helping customers realize tangible business value from AI initiatives. 
The Role 
1. Engage customers to uncover business challenges and identify generative AI use cases 
across content generation, intelligent customer service, analytics, and creative scenarios. 
2. Design customized AI solution architectures, leveraging technologies such as GPT, 
LLaMA, Stable Diffusion and related GenAI frameworks and platforms. 
3. Lead presales activities-solution presentations, technical demos, workshops, and 
RFP/RFI responses-tailored to technical, business, and executive audiences. 
4. Quantify and articulate business value and ROI, demonstrating efficiency gains, cost 
optimization, and revenue impact. 
5. Partner with delivery teams to ensure smooth solution handover and provide early
stage implementation support. 
6. Track market and competitive trends in GenAI to inform solution strategy and support 
upselling / value-added opportunities.

Qualifications:

What We Need to See from You 
1. Proven presales / solution consulting capability in AI, data, or software solutions, with 
a track record of customer-facing engagements. 
2. Practical knowledge of generative AI technologies (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion) 
and platforms such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or LangChain. 
3. Strong business acumen: ability to map business pain points to AI use cases and clearly 
quantify value/ROI and risks. 
4. Excellent bilingual communication skills (Chinese and English), able to engage senior 
leaders, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders. 
5. Experience crafting solution proposals, architectures, and presentations, and 
facilitating discovery / scoping workshops. 
6. Collaborative mindset and stakeholder management skills to work closely with sales 
and delivery teams and drive successful outcomes. 
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): 

*  Industry exposure applying AI in finance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, or similar 
sectors. 

*  Familiarity with RAG patterns, prompt engineering, and evaluation methods; experience 
orchestrating demos or PoCs. 

*  Ability to identify upsell opportunities and position value-added services.
