Responsibilities:
Carries out the functions of their assigned position while providing leadership support to the Practice Manager
and staff. Ensures smooth daily operations by being available to provide direction, field customer and staff
questions and ensures quality operations.
* Act as leader and resource for staff for work distribution and daily management of duties.
* Assume operational oversight of the practice in the absence of the Practice Manager.
* Support the practice manager to ensure full department coverage including making changes and adjustments to the schedule as necessary.
* Support the scheduling of practice meetings and training sessions and communicating the schedule to the staff.
* Provide computer system training to new hires. Serve as an EMR subject matter expert
Qualifications:
Minimum
High SchoolDiploma/GED
Two years in a medical clinic environment with knowledge of all areas
Peferrred
Supervisory or lead experience
Electronic Medical Record experience
