Ensures smooth daily operations by being available to provide direction, field customer and staff questions and ensures quality operations. * Act as leader and resource for staff for work distribution and daily management of duties. * Assume operational oversight of the practice in the absence of the Practice Manager. * Support the practice manager to ensure full department coverage including making changes and adjustments to the schedule as necessary. * Support the scheduling of practice meetings and training sessions and communicating the schedule to the staff. * Provide computer system training to new hires. Serve as an EMR subject matter expert Qualifications: Minimum High SchoolDiploma/GED Two years in a medical clinic environment with knowledge of all areas Peferrred Supervisory or lead experience Electronic Medical Record experience
