Summary:

Forefront Dermatology is a physician led, quality driven single specialty group practice with a focus on preserving the independent clinical practice of dermatology. The Clinic Integration Manager is responsible for supporting the growth of the Forefront network by consistently managing all aspects of integrating partnership and de novo practices ensuring a smooth and positive transition experience for the physicians, PAs, NPs, and clinic staff members. Essential skills include excellent communication, attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to execute on complicated projects. This person must be comfortable communicating with people from diverse backgrounds and education levels including physicians, NPs and PAs, and clinic staff as well as all functional and support departments within ForefrontDermatology.

 Position requires up to 50% travel, which can include weekend travel

Responsibilities:

Essential Functions: 

1. Responsible for ensuring all aspects of due diligence and pre-close integration preparation are completed with a cadence that supports target closing.

2. Creates a comprehensive onboarding and integration plan specific to each practice and is responsible for smooth execution while providing high levels of physician, PA, and NP satisfaction and operational support for staff.

3. Provides onsite and remote support of clinic throughout assignment, post close through systems conversion, practice stabilization, and hand off to operations. 

4. Manages communication, delivery, and execution of EMR and other systems conversions, ensuring clinic and support services workflows and needs are met.

5. Ensures practice stability and completes documentation to demonstrate achievement of all integration objectives and notable aspects of practice transition prior to warm hand-over to operations management.

6. Actively participates and contributes to development and continuous improvement of a consistent integration process and supporting materials.

7. Acts as a resource and mentor for others, role modeling team work, positive response to change, and sharing expertise. 

8. Assists with development and execution of de novo / non-acquisition business growth initiatives.

9. Other related projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education:

1. Bachelor's degree preferred.

2. Experience in healthcare business operations or management is a plus.

Knowledge,Skills and Abilities:

1. Must be able to travel 50% on average.

2. Must be detail oriented and extremely organized.

3. Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

4. Demonstrated leadership experience including serving as an example to others with regard to professional behavior, handling multiple tasks, maintaining a positive attitude, and in response to organizational change.

5. Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite required. Must be able to learn new software quickly.

6. Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with executives, physicians, NPs and PAs, staff, clients, and the public.

7. Ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately, and work well both as part of a team and individually.

8. Responsive to and anticipative of the needs of others related to project work and supporting clinic practices. 

9. Contributes to high levels of company operational efficiency and effectiveness.

10. Willingness to learn new skills, duties, and participate in personal development. 

11. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.

12. Must possess a validUnited States driver's license (probationary not acceptable) and an acceptable driving safety record.

1. Ability to communicate in an active multi-office environment.

2. Ability to efficiently operate all job related office equipment (telephone, computer, calculator, fax, copier).

3. Ability to communicate via telephone.

4. Ability to sit for large portions of a workday.

5. Ability to safely transport heavy objects.

I Full Access: 

Routine access to patient information as needed to do your assigned job and potential disclosure of patient information with appropriate releases and/or consents.

Access to patients that you work with, but only some patient information.

Access only on as case-by-case basis as assigned by a supervisor.
