Scope: Full-time | Bogotá - Medellín, Colombia | Hybrid
What a day in this role might look like:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and gain deep insight into the typical activities of a Talent Attraction professional.
You will collaborate closely with teams from different countries, allowing you to gain a global perspective and enrich your experience with diverse cultures and ways of working.
* Support in recruitment processes across LATAM
* Management and organization of area-related documents
* Support in coordinating internal processes and activities
* Participation in training and development initiatives
* Assistance in reviewing documents, emails, and publications in English
Qualifications:
Profile:
Psychology or related program student, bilingual, with university authorization to carry out professional internships in the second semester of 2025.
Required Skills:
* Reside in Bogotá or Medellín, Colombia
* Be an active university student
* Be ready to start the internship in 2025 - 2
* High motivation for learning and applying knowledge
* Good communication, teamwork, results orientation, and adaptability to change
