Bilingual Business Administration Intern

We are looking for a Human Resources Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience across key HR processes. In this role, you will support administrative and operational activities within the Human Resources team, contributing to hiring, onboarding, talent administration, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position is ideal for students who are starting their HR careers and want exposure to end-to-end people processes in a global organization.
What you will do:
* Hiring Management: Support hiring processes by reviewing documentation, drafting contracts for new talent, and using internal tools to track hiring cases and resolutions.
* Integration Support: Assist with onboarding and induction processes, including scheduling sessions, providing logistical support, and tracking attendance of new hires.
* Affiliation Management: Contact advisors from social security and related entities to support affiliations, transfers, and updates, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
* Continuous Improvement: Update and audit documented HR processes, maintain digital records, create manuals, and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
* Talent Administration: Maintain internal employee records, manage anniversary cards, and support the tracking of learning pathways and development activities.
Qualifications:
Profile and Education:
* Student in the final semesters with authorization to sign an apprenticeship contract.
* Relevant fields of study: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, or a Technical / Technological degree in Administrative or related fields.
