Responsibilities:
Bilingual Talent Acquisition Apprentice
Do you want to gain a global perspective on recruitment processes, collaborating with teams from different countries?
Are you looking to apply your Organizational Psychology knowledge in a technological, bilingual, and high-growth environment?
In this role, you will have the opportunity to get to know and learn in depth about the activities specific to a Talent Attraction professional. You will collaborate closely with teams from different countries, which will allow you to acquire a global vision and enrich your experience with diverse cultures and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
* Support LATAM recruitment and selection processes, acting as the main point of contact for candidates throughout all hiring stages.
* Coordinate interviews and assessments, managing schedules and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
* Manage the ATS (iCIMS), ensuring accurate data, updated candidate stages, and proper documentation control.
* Provide operational and administrative support, including review of documentation in English, offer management, and maintenance of templates and process guides.
* Participate in strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives such as employer branding, diversity, DEIB, talent insights, and operational excellence projects.
Qualifications:
* Education: Psychology student or related fields.
* Academic Requirement: Must have university approval to complete professional internships in the second semester of 2026, Ability to sign a one-year apprenticeship contract.
* Language: Bilingual profile (Fluent English).
* Location: Must reside in Medellín or Bogotá, Colombia.
* Status: Must be an active university student and start the internship in 2026-1
