				Overview:

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Portfolio Governance Analyst - Insights who can envision and articulate visualization of data across Tech portfolios to support decision-making and identify risk.  This role will understand the data flows around Portfolio status and financials and work to visualize the story in our tools, including Power BI to provide dynamic insights to both tech and business stakeholders.  The Portfolio Governance Analyst interacts with leaders, product teams, platform teams and stakeholders, in IT, Finance and across business functional teams to provide portfolio data insight and thought leadership. 

What you will do: 

As the Portfolio Governance Analyst - Insights, you will  

* Integrate data from various applications (Planview, Apptio, JIRA, etc) and sources to provide comprehensive and accurate story of the intent and value of funding products within a portfolio. 

* Demonstrate proficiency building Power BI Dashboards, using DAX code, and manipulation of data to support data visualization in dashboards and reports. 

* Support tooling platforms across the Agile PMO, including directing 3rd party managed service providers that provide direct support of the tools.   

* Collaborate with Portfolio Delivery, Product Managers, Product Owners and other Leaders to understand requirements related to visualization of status and financial information pertaining to portfolio. 

* Develop BI Dashboarding, working with Portfolio Tooling teams to constantly improve data insights from Planview, Planview AgilePlace, and JIRA. 

* Analyze, summarize, and present portfolio data and generate insights for decision support to evolve portfolio, which includes financial trends.  

* Identify, evaluate, and roll out new tools to enhance the portfolio's product teams' performance and improve processes for scalability.  

Who you are:  

* Knowledge of agility metrics and how other Fortune 500 companies envision, track and leverage them to mature an agile product mindset.  

* Knowledge of BI Dashboarding, including DAX coding, with a desire to expand skills to leverage BI to measure and track metrics to assess performance of the portfolio and to incorporate leading indicators to expose risk in the portfolio. 

* Expert skills in collecting and analyzing data using statistical analysis or data modeling to generate insights, trends, and patterns and visually present information in diagrams, graphs, reports, and/or dashboards. 

* Understanding of lean portfolio management principles, methodologies, and practices (e.g., defining strategy, vision, plan, improvements, and roadmaps). 

* Understanding of IT financial management processes for tracking, monitoring, and analyzing portfolio financials, including a basic understanding of capital and expense categorizations. 

* Skills in measuring and tracking metrics to assess performance. 

* Skills in discussing and reviewing data insights with IT leaders. 

* Proven ability to vary styles of interaction to match the needs of a variety of business and technical audiences. 

Responsibilities:

* Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance/Economics/Accounting, Business Administration, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and work experience 

* 1+ years Consulting experience 

* 2+ years of experience in technology investment analysis or portfolio management skills 

* Proficiency in Power Bi DAX Coding 

* Native-level proficiency/fluent in English 

* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint and CoPilot 

* Experience in lean portfolio management and agile ways of working (preferred) 

* Experience as a user or administrator in Planview Portfolios (preferred)
