				Overview:

The Program Underwriting Analyst provides critical data, analytical, and operational support to Fronting Solutions and program leadership. This role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data received from third-party partners, while delivering actionable insights to support underwriting performance and program oversight.

The analyst partners cross-functionally to streamline data workflows, produce reliable reporting, and enhance overall program visibility, while supporting leadership in resolving system issues and maintaining operational standards.

This position is a hybrid opportunity and can be located at any our AmTrust locations throughout North America.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Partner Collaboration

* Define, document, and communicate data requirements to third-party partners to ensure completeness and consistency of program data
* Manage and validate inbound data feeds, including coordination of testing, onboarding, and ongoing quality assurance
* Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on data structure, format, and reporting expectations

Cross-Functional Partnership

* Work closely with Underwriting, Product, Compliance, IT, Finance, and Reporting teams to align data requirements and improve operational workflows
* Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, data integrity, and reporting capabilities

Analytics & Reporting

* Analyze program and portfolio data to identify trends, performance drivers, and anomalies
* Investigate discrepancies between expected and actual results, providing clear insights and recommendations
* Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to support program performance evaluation and decision-making

Operational Support

* Support Fronting Solutions leadership with system issue resolution and data-related inquiries
* Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of data governance standards and best practices
* Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required Experience

* 3+ years of experience in Property & Casualty Commercial Lines insurance, with exposure to underwriting, coverage, or product
* Prior experience in analytical, program, or underwriting support roles preferred

Technical Skills

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis functions)
* Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities; experience with visualization tools a plus

* Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate into actionable insights
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and process improvement
