Job Overview
The Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment throughout the facility. This role performs routine cleaning and sanitation of restrooms, offices, floors, and common areas, while also supporting minor maintenance tasks and ensuring supplies are adequately stocked.

The Janitor plays an important role in supporting facility operations by maintaining high housekeeping standards, identifying potential safety hazards, and contributing to a positive environment for employees, visitors, and customers.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
* Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, break rooms, hallways, and other facility areas.

* Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and surfaces throughout the facility.

* Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.

* Replenish janitorial and restroom supplies such as paper products, soap, and cleaning materials.

* Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas including entrances, sidewalks, and designated exterior spaces.

* Perform minor maintenance tasks and basic repairs when necessary.

* Identify and report safety hazards, facility damage, or maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.

* Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper storage of janitorial tools and chemicals.

* Follow all safety procedures and proper chemical handling guidelines.

* Support facility housekeeping standards and assist with additional cleaning needs as required.
