Shift:  6:30 PM - 7:00 AM + every other Friday and Saturday (3 days per week)

In this dynamic role, you'll go beyond routine care. You'll be a sleep detective, educator, and advocate, guiding patients through both in-lab and home sleep testing, uncovering the root of sleep disorders, and delivering personalized solutions that truly make a difference.

Responsibilities:

* Administer oxygen and PAP therapy per physician orders; instruct patients on equipment use and care.
* Write detailed, accurate reports of findings and therapeutic interventions.
* Collect and review patient medical history, medications, and relevant information for study appropriateness.
* Maintain, calibrate, clean, and troubleshoot sleep lab equipment.
* Provide age-appropriate care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
* Evaluate patient and family educational needs; provide direct education or referrals.
* Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other team members to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications:

Education:

* Graduate of an accredited Polysomnographic, Respiratory Therapy, or Electroneurodiagnostic program required
* Associate's degree in health sciences preferred

Experience:

* Minimum 6 months of clinical experience in a Sleep Center required

License(s)/Certification(s):

* Registered Polysomnographic Technologist
* Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (BRPT)  OR

* Sleep Disorder Specialist
* National Board for Respiratory Therapy Care

* State licensure in Polysomnographic Technology or Respiratory Care required where applicable 
*  Iowa board of Respiratory Care and Polysomnography (IBRC)
* Illinois Department Of Financial & Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
* Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) 
* Iowa Board of Respiratory Care and Polysomnography (IBRC)
* Wisconsin Department OfSafety And Professional Services (WIDSPS)
