Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides accurate and efficient dealing at assigned Poker table games.Follows game procedures when dealing Poker and/or any other form or variation of table games.
Provides prompt, courteous and accurate dealing at assigned table(s).
Adheres to all company and departmental policies and procedures and state regulations as it relates to this position.
Performs accurate chip and cash transactions.
Receives wagers from customers and pays the appropriate game outcomes.
Maintains game security and protects company assets at all times. 
Assists customers in understanding the rules and ensures adherence to established policies and procedures.
Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
Flexible ability to work varied shifts to include nights, weekends, and holidays. 
Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides leadership in gaming operation areas
Responsible for the integrity of daily operations. Enforces all poker procedures and policies as outlined in company and department manuals; state regulations and in accordance with Internal Controls.
Maintains a continuous inspection of cards, ensuring the security of the poker room at all times.
Monitors cash and chip transactions between dealers and customers and ensures that proper payout amounts are paid to customers
Responsible for the accountability of the chips for each designated shift by maintaining a paper trail. Ensures the safety of all gaming chips and monies entrusted.
Shall make table fills/credits as needed
Responsible for settling disputes with customers, dealers, and management staff.

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.  
* To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. * Must qualify for a license with the Maryland State Lottery Agency and meet any credentialing requirements of the Maryland Gaming Control Board.  Must be able to obtain a Responsible Alcohol Training certification.
