Responsibilities: * Seats players in Poker games. * Facilitates chip and cash transactions from the poker cashier window * Facilitates tournament registration from the poker cashier window * Delivers chips to poker players from the cage to the table. * Answers telephone inquiries and responds to guest questions accurately and politely. * Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes and demonstrates Red Carpet Customer Service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. * Ensures behavior and appearance are in compliance with established standards. * Maintains a professional work environment with management, staff and guests. * Maintains complete confidentiality of all company information at all times. * Participates in meetings and training as required. * Performs all job duties in a safe and responsible manner. * Performs other duties as may be assigned by department and/or company management. Qualifications: * To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to en High school diploma or equivalent required. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; effectively communicate and present information and respond to questions from supervisors, managers, fellow employees, guests and/or the general public. * Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform mathematical functions applicable to business needs. * Ability to interpret and follow through on a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. * Must obtain/maintain licensing with the Ohio Casino Control Commission. * Must be diplomatic and tactful and have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with employees. * Previous customer service experience preferred. * Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekend hours and overtime as business needs dictate. * The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
