Responsibilities:

The poker dealer operates and conducts live games in the poker room including but not limited to, Hold 'Em, Omaha, and No Limit Poker.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Follow game procedures for all Poker games

- Use all game equipment according to procedure

- Provide game security and protect company assets by facing games at all times and be able to recreate bets/situations when necessary

- Handle all monies accurately, i.e. bankrolls, payoffs, come and prop bets, making change, and cheque handling

Position bets correctly

- Repeat bets in a clear, audible voice

- Verbalizes all aspects of game in a clear audible voice

- Shuffle cards in accordance to Hollywood Casino-Aurora standards

- Utilize proper card handling skills, i.e. shuffling, dealing from the hand, card placement

- Responsible to know all rules of the different Poker games offered when dealing Poker

- Perpetuate Hollywood Casino's commitment towards quality guest service

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- Must be 21 years of age

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English

- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations, including calculating discounts, interest, and commissions and apply to practical situations

- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
