Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities:
* Experience in conducting poker game.
* Safeguards the assets of the company.
* Conduct the poker game.
* Responsible for the accuracy of the table bank and the pot.
* Adhere to poker room policies / procedures.
* Review and inspect assigned working environment for any and all safety hazards.
* Keep well informed of all corporate, property and Poker Department policies and/or procedures, upcoming events.
* Required to do BRUSH-duty As Needed
* Poker Dealer Will Keep All Accrued Tips
* Comply with Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board Regulations
* Perform other job related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Basic mathematic skills.
* Money handling skills.
* Thorough understanding and working knowledge of all Poker Room promotions and payoffs.
* Ability to deal all Hold'em and Stud type poker games.
* Ability to communicate, understand and read and write the English language.
* Posses the ability to sit and deal for long periods of time (2 to 4 hour periods)
* The ability to make sound professional decisions in a noisy and at times confusing environment.
* The ability to retain his/hers composure and professional demeanor in times of Guests and Employee displeasure's, requests and/or complaints.
