Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Supervise day to day operations of Poker Room.
* Direct the Poker Dealers to accomplish the goals of the Poker area and Casino Operations department.
* Provide visible leadership in gaming operation areas.
* Ensure compliance with Title 31 requirements and processes. 
* Responsible for the integrity of daily operations.
* Present oneself as a credit to Company and encourages others to do the same.
* Provide feedback as appropriate to Dealers regarding opportunities for skill development and professional advancement.
* Supervise, coach, instruct and direct Poker Dealers in proper procedures of all aspects of poker operations.
* Handle player service issues as needed.
* Effectively manage game spread and staffing.
* Protect the integrity of all poker games. 
* Administer disciplinary or corrective action, and monitor post-disciplinary performance of team members.
* Develop, implement, and present departmental training programs from time to time as assigned, including but not limited to, organizing and conducting instructional classes designed to develop professional dealing skills.
* Effectively manage an impressment bank and perform cash/chip transactions accurately by following the department cash handling procedures.  
* Recommend, schedule, and conduct training activities. 
* Protect and preserve the assets of the company.
* Provide for the safety of team members including keeping areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter, and performing all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
* Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies. 
* Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
* Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned.

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Two years progressively more challenging experience in a gaming operations role, poker experience required 
* Must be proficient in Microsoft applications 
* Ability to understand and analyze Budget & P&L Statements
