* Safeguard company assets and oversee Casino Services operations (payroll, cost control, scheduling, compliance).
* Maintain guest service standards and confidentiality.
* Adhere to policies and procedures.
* Coach and develop team members, conduct performance evaluations.
* Manage company funds and ensure positive communication with all stakeholders.
* Schedule staff based on demand.
* Oversee credit and collection functions.
* Maintain personal integrity and professional appearance.
* Perform duties across Casino Services as needed.
* Provide leadership and positive counseling to team members.
* Contribute to team and department development.
* Implement and maintain knowledge of internal controls and federal reporting laws.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

* Experience

* Prior cash handling experience required.
* Prior computer experience required.
* Experience with POS, data entry, Microsoft Programs, Windows, and internet preferred.
* Minimum of two (2) years of casino experience.
* Minimum of one (1) year in the casino Cage, Casino Services, or Player's Club.
* Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience.

* Education

* High School Diploma or GED required.
* Associate's degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or a similar area preferred.

* Skills

* Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers and decimals.
