Platform Engineer

				Overview:

Responsibilities:

Power Platform Development:

* Design, develop, and implement solutions within Power Platform and SharePoint.
* Customize Power Platform applications to meet business requirements.
* Develop and maintain processes to provision and maintain SharePoint sites.
* Develop and maintain integrations with other systems and applications.
* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

Systems Analysis:

* Work closely with business users to understand their needs and pain points.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows using Power Platform.
* Conduct impact analysis and risk assessment for proposed changes.

Platform Support:

* Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Power Platform and SharePoint farms.
* Troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes, and implement solutions.
* Monitor platform performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science;
* Strong proficiency in Power platform development, including Canvas Apps, Model driven apps, Workflows, and Integrations;
* Experience with SharePoint 2019 services and patching;
* Preferred experience in one or more of the following: Javascript, REST APIs, Power Shell, Github, Azure DevOps, Power BI;
* Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills; and Excellent computer skills;
* Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer, SharePoint administrator, Systems Analyst, or Business Analyst;
* Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices;
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels;
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; and
* Power Platform certification(s) preferred.
