Novant Health is building a premier Community Health & Wellness Institute (CHAWI) across the South Carolina region, with a focus on Hilton Head, Bluffton, and Beaufort markets.

We are actively developing a pipeline of Primary Care and outpatient specialty physicians to support continued growth across our expanding network of community-based clinics and ambulatory care sites.

Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient clinical setting
* Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions across a diverse patient population
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including specialists, care coordinators, and advanced practice providers
* Support preventative care, population health, and chronic disease management initiatives
* Contribute to the growth and development of community-based service lines
* Maintain a strong commitment to access, quality, and patient experience
* Uphold Novant Health's principles of safety and care delivery

Qualifications:
Education
* Graduate of an accredited school of medicine
* Completion of an accredited residency program
* Fellowship training (for applicable specialties)
Licensure / Certification
* Board certified or board eligible in respective specialty
* Current MD/DO license (or eligibility) in South Carolina
* DEA license
Experience & Skills
* Interest in community-based practice and program growth
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
* Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
