Responsibilities:

Provides urogynecology physician services for clinic operations during normal business hours.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

* Graduation from an accredited program of medicine

* Member in good standing of the medical staff of Mobile Infirmary Medical Center

* Ability to participate in Medicare, Medicaid or any other federal or state healthcare reimbursement program

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

* Unrestricted current license to practice medicine in the State of Alabama and to prescribe controlled substances
