Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive primary care services, including wellness visits, chronic disease management, and acute care.
* Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
* Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
* Participate in care planning, patient education, and preventive health initiatives.

Qualifications:

* Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
* Current NCCPA certification
* Active or eligible for South Carolina PA licensure
* Experience in primary care/internal medicine preferred, but new grads with strong clinical rotations will be considered
* Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
