Qualifications:
Required
* Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
* NCCPA certification and unrestricted PA license in Oregon (or eligibility)
* DEA license and prescriptive authority (or ability to obtain)
* Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal communication, and teamwork skills
Preferred
* Prior experience in gynecology, women's health, urgent care, or surgical specialties
* Surgical first assist experience or training (willing to train highly motivated candidates)
* Confidence in managing patient panels with appropriate physician collaboration
* A growth mindset and commitment to advancing your clinical skill set
