Responsibilities:

Are you a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner eager to make a significant impact on patient health? Pacific Central Coast Health Center invites you to become a key member of our dedicated clinical team, providing exceptional care across all age groups. 

In this dynamic ambulatory role, you'll deliver comprehensive direct patient care, conducting health maintenance exams (including well-child exams, adolescent exams, and sports physicals) with appropriate patient education. You'll expertly assess patients with specific acute complaints or stable chronic illnesses, initiating treatment according to established protocols and collaborating closely with clinic physicians for any significant abnormal findings.

Patient education is paramount, and you'll empower individuals and families with age-appropriate information on preventive health and disease-specific topics. Beyond clinical excellence, you'll contribute to continuous performance improvement projects, assist with pertinent health center issues, and maintain meticulous documentation for seamless continuity of care. Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited schools of nursing. Master's Degree in nursing. National Nurse Practitioner certification from accredited association.
Must be able to meet credentialing requirements.
