Overview: Step into an established practice with immediate patient demand in Portland, Oregon. The physicians of The Waldorf Center for Plastic Surgery, in partnership with Forefront Dermatology, are seeking a full-time Cosmetic Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. You'll work alongside experienced physicians and a skilled clinical support team. Why You'll Love This Opportunity * Established cosmetic practice with an existing patient base * Opportunity to provide a variety of cosmetic services, including injectables, laser treatments, and CoolSculpting * Manage and support GLP-1/wellness patients as needed * Support pre- and post-operative patient care and surgical needs * Opportunity to assist surgeons in the operating room and at the onsite surgery center * Collaborative environment working closely with surgeons, physicians, and clinical staff * Full-time position with benefits What You'll Do * Provide cosmetic consultations and treatments, including dermal fillers, BOTOX Cosmetic, laser treatments, CoolSculpting, and other non-invasive skin treatments as clinically competent * Perform minor in-office procedures such as lesion and mole removal * Assist with GLP-1/wellness clinic patient and prescription management as needed * Facilitate pre-operative appointments, including patient history and physicals, education, authorizations, consents, and coordination of surgical needs * Provide post-operative patient care and follow-up * Assist surgeon(s) with major surgeries at local hospitals and the onsite surgery center as needed * Work closely with physicians, surgeons, nursing staff, and other clinical team members to ensure quality patient care * Participate in staff education, patient care meetings, and other clinical activities as needed Why Portland?
