Overview: Outstanding Opportunity To Join A Well-Established Neonatology Practice Responsibilities: Are you a Neonatal Physician Assistant passionate about delivering exceptional care and working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment? We invite you to become part of our growing practice at Sunrise Children's Hospital in Las Vegas, NV-home to one of the most advanced NICUs in the region. You'll be part of a highly collaborative team of 13 neonatologists and 12 NNPs/PAs, all committed to clinical excellence and compassionate care. * 72-bed, Level III NICU maintains an average daily census of 60 * Provide a full spectrum of cutting-edge neonatal services, including: neonatal ECMO, high-frequency ventilation (jet and oscillators), total body cooling, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO). * A dedicated neonatal transport team and resuscitation team * Full support from pediatric subspecialists and surgeons, including a robust cardiovascular surgery program and high-volume ELBW care * Our NICU is part of a comprehensive pediatric ecosystem, including a PICU/CVICU, pediatric inpatient unit, and pediatric ER * Our integrated model allows you to focus on what you do best-providing world-class neonatal care.
