Overview: Position: Physical Therapy Technician Location: Corydon, IN Type of Employment: PRN/Per diem Schedule: Weekdays - Varies Compensation: Starting at $10/hr (pending experience) Are you passionate about helping patients on their rehabilitation journey? Do you enjoy working in an outpatient physical therapy setting? Come join our team as a Physical Therapy Technician! In this role, you will assist our therapists in carrying out our rehabilitation procedures and play an integral role in supporting our center operations. Why Join Us: * Comprehensive health care plans and company matching 401K for full-time employees Responsibilities: * Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions * Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment * Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.) * Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science/Health Sciences * CPR certification * First aid certification * Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center
