Responsibilities: Job Summary Assists licensed rehab staff members in performing therapy procedures, maintains inventory, department files and assists with maintenance of a clean, safe, orderly department To be successful in this role, you must possess strong age-appropriate competency skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative, patient-centered approach to care. * Manages their time effectively throughout the day to facilitate efficiency within the department. * Under the direction of the Physical Therapist, provides appropriate assistance in groups/concurrent sessions and individual sessions. * Assists with electronic charge reconciliation and communicates discrepancies to management accurately and timely. * Assist therapists with implementation of multi-disciplinary plan of care for each patient. * Develops skills that enhance and align with the department clinical and business development through proper use of new technology for accurate and appropriate assistance. Qualifications: Required * High School Diploma or GED * American Heart Association Basic Life Support - CPR Preferred * Six months patient care experience.
