Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient- St. Paul, MN

Location: 60 East Marie Ave, Suite 203 

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00a.m.-6:00p.m. 

Compensation: starting at $72,000 annual base and up pending experience

* This position would be part of an interdisciplinary team of PT and OT. We see a variety of outpatient orthopedic patients from the community and have programs for ReVital, Concussion, Vestibular Rehab, Post-op care, spine care and work injuries.  Mentorship available with PT's onsite and across the market.

Responsibilities:

* Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
* Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
* Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
* Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

* Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
* Outpatient Clinical Rotation if current student
* Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if practicing clinician
* Valid State Physical Therapist License
* CPR certification
