Responsibilities: What You'll Do: * Coordinate and implement individualized physical therapy plans in accordance with Iowa licensure standards. * Deliver and delegate clinical rehab services focused on: * Gait training, mobility, and range of motion * Pain control, strengthening, balance, and coordination * Evaluate patients with medical or health-related movement limitations. * Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient response. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to ensure holistic care. * Document and bill services accurately and ethically. Qualifications: Qualifications: * Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. * Current Iowa PT license and BLS certification. * Valid driver's license (for work-related travel). * EMR experience preferred. * Pelvic health experience preferred - or willingness to train! #DMFD123
