Overview: Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation North Richland Hills Physical Therapist-Outpatient Salary range: $80,080.00 - $108,804.80 Compensation depends upon candidate's years of experience Join our dynamic and growing team in North Richland Hills as a Physical Therapist serving the Mid-Cities community! We're looking for an energetic, skilled clinician with a passion for manual therapy and orthopedics to help us deliver exceptional, hands-on care in a supportive and uplifting environment. You'll treat a diverse and rewarding caseload-including pre- and post-op patients, general ortho, sports injuries, and high-level neuro-while working alongside a collaborative team that values both clinical excellence and positive culture. Responsibilities: * Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment * Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day * Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source * Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports * Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately * Promoting continuous quality improvement * Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications: * Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required. * Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
