Overview: Baylor Scott & White Institute of Rehabilitation Keller, TX Physical Therapist Outpatient Full Time Salary range: $80,080.00 - $108,804.80 Compensation depends upon candidate's years of experience Responsibilities: Full-time split physical therapist in 2 growing clinic with a wide variety of diagnoses including but not limited to general orthopedics, post-surgical, the active population, and sports related injuries. PT would work in Keller 3 days per week and in Roanoke for 2 days per week. BSW- Keller and Roanoke are single-discipline clinics that offer PT in an environment that encourages clinician development including certifications and specialization based on clinician's passions. * Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment * Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day * Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source * Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports * Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately * Promoting continuous quality improvement * Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications: Job Requirements: .Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required. .Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
