Overview: Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Physical Therapist-Outpatient `Ft Worth, TX Salary range: $80,080.00 - $108,804.80 Compensation depends upon candidate's years of experience Responsibilities: BSW Rehab Fort Worth (Eastchase) is seeking a full time physical therapist to join our 2PT and 1 PSS team! We treat a wide variety of conditions including post-operative recovery, sports related injuries, degenerative changes, chronic pain problems, vestibular rehab, and REVITAL. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking, motivated, and compassionate PT with the desire to learn and help the clinic grow * Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment * Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day * Timely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge * Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports * Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately * Promoting continuous quality improvement * Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications: * Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required. * Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations. #BSWIR-Outpatient
