 Salary Range: $75,920.00 - $103,084.00

Responsibilities:

BSW Rehab Dallas - N Washington Ave is seeking full time generalist PT to join our growing multi-disc team in our brand new space on the Baylor University Medical Center campus in Dallas! Our patient population consists of general orthopedics, multi-trauma, amputees, high and moderate level neuro, vestibular, and concussion. Ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about lifelong learning and professional growth. You will have the exciting opportunity to mentor directly with experienced clinicians as well as collaborate with our physical medicine and rehabilitation physicians and medical residents within the same suite! Clinic hours vary from 7A-7P Monday-Thursday and 7A-5P on Fridays. New graduates welcome!

* Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
* Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day
* Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
* Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
* Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
* Promoting continuous quality improvement
* Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed

Qualifications:

* Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
* Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
