Overview: Shift: PRN, as needed Help Little Legs Take Big Steps! At UnityPoint Health - Finley Hospital, our mission is simple: to help kids move, grow, and thrive. We're seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient pediatric team. You'll work with children from infancy through adolescence, helping them improve mobility, strength, and motor skills - and empowering families to support their child's progress at home. Responsibilities: * Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for pediatric patients. * Use creative, play-based therapy approaches that keep children engaged and motivated. * Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary team members to support holistic care. * Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards. * Educate caregivers on at-home exercises and progress strategies. Qualifications: Education: * Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Experience: * Pediatric or outpatient experience preferred, but new grads with a passion for pediatrics are encouraged to apply. Certification/License: * Current and active Iowa Physical Therapist licensure issued by the State of Iowa. * Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within three (3) months from date of hire Join us in making every step, jump, and giggle a victory.
