Position: Physical Therapist - Ortho/Oncology/Pelvic Health

Location: Palmer, AK

Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday

Compensation: Salary starting at $85,000/yr, commensurate with experience.

Our Palmer, AK Select Physical Therapy outpatient multispecialty center continues to expand, and we are seeking a compassionate and driven licensed physical therapist to provide exceptional patient care experiences on a full time basis. Caseload will be a mix of ortho, pelvic health and oncology. Specialty program training provided. 

Seize the opportunity to join our highly trained and respected ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program team, who provide rehabilitative services to help improve quality of life for people affected by cancer. Interest in cancer rehabilitation and pelvic floor is required, experience preferred. Our ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating our diverse patient population, which must be completed within the first 6-12 months of employment. Pelvic floor training will be supported for candidates with interest but no experience. Responsibilities:

* Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
* Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs
* Complete and maintain required trainings
* Maintain compliance with government regulations
* Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

* Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
* Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
* CPR certified

Preferred Qualifications:

* Pelvic floor interest/experience (student rotations considered)
* Cancer rehabilitation interest/experience (student rotations considered)
* Outpatient orthopedic experience (student rotations considered)
