Position: Physical Therapist - Ortho/Oncology

Location: Emeryville, CA

Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday

Compensation: Salary range $90,000 - $115,000/year commensurate with experience and internal equity.

Select Physical Therapy has an exciting opportunity for a clinician with a passion for oncology to lead the charge in developing our cancer rehabilitation program in the Northern California area! We're looking for an experienced and outgoing therapist, eager to work alongside our business development managers to bring ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation to Northern California. This role will be a mix of clinical care and program development, with clinical caseload primarily focused on orthopedics with some oncology initially. At least one year of clinical experience and a passion for oncology are required. Ideal candidates will have cancer rehab experience and be passionate about it, and have have leadership, mentoring, and/or program development experience.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
* Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs
* Complete and maintain required trainings
* Maintain compliance with government regulations
* Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

* Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
* Current State Physical Therapy licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
* CPR certified
* At least 1 year licensed clinical experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Leadership/mentoring experience
* Program development experience
* Cancer rehabilitation experience
