Physical Therapist- OUTPATIENT

				Responsibilities:

* Evaluation, assessment and treatment of patients in the outpatient setting.
* Oversite of physical therapist assistants, aides and front desk staff.
* Communication with patients, families and other members of the health care team.

Qualifications:

CPR by American Heart Association certification required.
