Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: * Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school * Outpatient clinical rotation if current student * Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if practicing clinician * Valid State Physical Therapist License * Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
