Responsibilities: The Colony is looking for a physical therapist to join our team of 2 PT's and 2 PSS. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about caring for people, a true team player (help out anyone in clinic as needed), and open to marketing / building relationships. We currently treat orthopedics, oncology rehab, and weekend warriors but also open to adding service lines needed by our surrounding community. * Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment * Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day * Timely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge * Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports * Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately * Promoting continuous quality improvement * Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications: * Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required. * Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations. #BSWIR-Outpatient
