Overview: Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation North Richland Hills Outpatient Physical Therapist Salary range: $80,080.00 - $108,804.80 Compensation depends upon candidate's years of experience $5,000.00 Sign-On Bonus Join our growing team in North Richland Hills as a Sports Physical Therapist and make an impact in the Mid-Cities community by delivering exceptional care. We're seeking an exceptionlly energetic clinician with a passion for sports rehab to treat and build a caseload of athletes and an active population. Candidates with an SCS or CSCS certification (or plans to pursue one) are highly encouraged to apply. Those who enjoy building and maintaining relationships with nearby sports programs will thrive in this role. You'll be a part of a collaborative team that prioritizes clinical excellenge, professional growth, and a positive culture. Responsibilities: * Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment * Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day * Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source * Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports * Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately * Promoting continuous quality improvement * Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications: * Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required. * Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations. #BSWIR-Outpatient
